“Excellent”
Pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Very calm and located just outside city center in front of the bus station which lead us to Gran Via and Plaza Mayor. Staff properly helped us whenever we needed help and the access to each floor and every other place and service in the hotel is excellent

“Excellent midway”
Great hotel! We were only for one night before our train and it was excellent location and excellent room. We didn't except it to be this good. The room was big and had space for everything. Shower was nicely designed and good equipment. Really nice!!

“Good service”
The front desk staff was very helpful in giving tips where to go, where to eat, including the bus stops and ways to go to the city center. The recommendations he made were superb. And the food recommendation were simply the best!!!! I will definitely stay again in this hotel.
