“Good Value”
Good value for money hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful from the competent staff on reception to the hardworking petite Spanish lady doing the cleaning. “Fitting to be in the city”
The hotel was pretty and clean, the room was not very spacious, the staff was kind and helpful, gave us tips of where to go to have dinner, the breakfast selections wasn’t my favorite but the croissants were amazing. There was no steamer in room.

“Efficient no-frills hotel with good service ”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is decent and spacious. Rooms were clean if a little compact. Nice staff. Good budget hotel and in walking distance to all places you’d want to go. I wish they went further in making us feel welcomed. “Convenience and value”
This hotel was the pickup location for our tour so was convenient to stay there. The room price it seemed very reasonable especially in central Madrid.
