Such a great location and the staff were all amazing, they really made our stay special. The room itself was fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. “Good hotel in a great location”
Good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxed while near to everything. The room was good and breakfast was fine, and the staff were very professional. We enjoyed the stay and I would recommend this hotel.

“Mayerling experience”
Excellent location and very attentive and welcoming staff. The hotel is accessible to Gran Vía and other tourist places in Madrid. The staff provided us with tips on places to visit in Spain.

“Superb! Basic but Superb!”
Superb! Basic but Superb! Just that really, spotless, great central location, although away from the crowds. No desk in the room in case you did want to work or get ready, but I wasn't working. “Good basic hotel”
Great hotel for a short stay. Basic, clean and great location. If I was to stay again I'd ask for a higher floor as I was on the first floor at the front so it was fairly noisy! Luckily I was planning an early start to the day as the deliveries etc get going early.
