This is a large and efficient hotel near the airport (20 minutes from T4). The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport every half hour. The bed was very comfortable. The window opened to let in fresh air. Oddly, the most conspicuous feature when looking out from our room were the two boom gates protecting the parking lot, which were illuminated with red lights you might be able to see from the moon. The room didn't have any suitcases racks or shelves. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Staff were pleasant

Good hotel for few night, excellent location, bars and restaurants close by. Shuttle to/from the airport always on time, about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Good hotel for few night, excellent location, bars and restaurants close by. Shuttle to/from the airport always on time, about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Breakfast is also excellent as well as housekeeping service. Reception always available to help. Unique disadvantage was the temperature inside the room, couldn’t drop below 25 degrees celsius, air conditioning didn’t work.

Adequate if only needing accommodation before or after a flight. Quite basic. If all the mattresses in the hotel rooms are of the same quality as room 311 then they need changing. Also the sheets were all bobbled so uncomfortable to lie on. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really nice.… more

Adequate if only needing accommodation before or after a flight. Quite basic. If all the mattresses in the hotel rooms are of the same quality as room 311 then they need changing. Also the sheets were all bobbled so uncomfortable to lie on. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really nice. There is a shuttle to and from the airport that worked well for us.

“They are not as helpful as an airport hotel should be”

I write this very upset because the reception staff couldn’t be careful enough to provide me with the airport shuttle. I only chose this hotel because of the free shuttle, so I would not get late to the airport. I think this is the main purpose of any airport hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist said they could arrange the shuttle after 17:10, by making a call. The next morning, the other receptionist first denied that possibility, while showing not being aware of that service. As I told them about the call, he scheduled the pick-up to 20:30. I waited in the bar and lobby for 2h. No free water or coffee was available. In time, I went to the desk and they said the bus was 15 min. late. I then went back to the lobby. At 20:45, the receptionist came to warn me that the next pick-up was 21:30. I asked what happened and the 2 people on the desk said I wasn't waiting outside, so the bus driver presumed show-off. I protested I was at the desk in time and the bus was not there. Moreover, I was not supposed to wait outside because nobody told me to do so. Finally, I asked why they didn't call me when the car arrived. They said it was on me. So I have to take a taxi to leave. At that time, I noticed that the reception was quietly calm. So they didn't go for me because they were negligent. Another disadvantage of the stay was having no air conditioner turned on. They only turn it on in the summer. Thus, I have to stand at 27oC in my room. I want to never come back there.
