“FANTASTIC”
I stayed in triple room with my family ( room 210) . It is a bit small room however it is very cosy, super clean, quiet, free WiFi , tv, 24 hours helpful desk. Location 10/10, cleanliness:10/10. “Great central room for a budget stay”
Booked as a last minute getaway to Madrid. Great Central location and very close to the sol metro stop and central Madrid. Reception were always friendly and we checked in early which is always a bonus. Room is basic and there are very few plug sockets. Room was warm but we just turned the heater … more

“Fine clean room but very noisy”
The hostel is in a great central location. It took four presses on the buzzer to be allowed in but eventually we entered. The receptionist spoke good English and the check-in was fine. The room was clean and perfectly adequate but it was just 4m from the reception desk and with poor sound insulatio… more
The hostel is in a great central location. It took four presses on the buzzer to be allowed in but eventually we entered. The receptionist spoke good English and the check-in was fine. The room was clean and perfectly adequate but it was just 4m from the reception desk and with poor sound insulation we heard every thing that was discussed in the reception area and heard the phone ring every time. So that's why it gets a 3 star rating. Room was fine but VERY noisy. If you're given a room next to reception ask for another if you are hoping to sleep.

Fantastic central location with easy access to the main tourist attractions and the metro network. Budget hotel with very basic facilities and small rooms. Fantastic central location with easy access to the main tourist attractions and the metro network. Budget hotel with very basic facilities and small rooms. We had an issue with them giving us a double and single bed for a triple room book notwithstanding we requested 3 singles. Lady on the counter showed no interest in helping or understanding the issue. If you are after a basic budget hotel in gear location then I would recommend this hotel. Be wary though that the price you pay doesn’t include any customer service.
