“Exemplary service in a modern, artsy, pristine boutique hotel”
This is a 4-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star hotel. I got top notch service here and couldn't wait to rave about it here. “Excellent Choice”
The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff. Accommodations were clean and orderly and vey comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the rooftop restaurant. Drinks and food were very tasty. We had an excellent time here in Madrid.
