“Our best vacation!”
Fantastic service and great accommodations. Staff was amazing at every level. Unbelievable customer experience. The room was very satisfying with a separate living area, two bathrooms and two TVs. The red level lounge was a bonus allowing for easy access to food and beverage.

“Fabulous Hotel”

“A real touch of class in Madrid”
This is among the very best luxury hotels I have stayed at. Wonderful rooms. I can't recommend the Red level strongly enough - really fantastic standard for a hotel lounge. “Spectacular, comfortable, and what a hotel should be. The Fenix is it.”
We have stayed in wonderful hotels in Europe, the US and Asia. The Fenix may be the finest hotel that we ever had the pleasure to stay at. The staff was more than outstanding. The building and rooms are beautiful and the food and drinks were a 10 out of 10. Everyone could not do enough for us.

“Madrid in winter”
