“Excellent stay”
Excellent hotel but all rooms should remove carpet from rooms specially the one with the views of Castellana and Plaza Colon. “Family Outing”
excellent location, amazing front desk & concierge. Loved the treatment & stay. Near to restaurant's & shops. very helpful front desk and concierge services. Good breakfast. rooms had double windows which made them soundproof. no outside noise from traffic.

“Our best vacation!”
Fantastic service and great accommodations. Staff was amazing at every level. Unbelievable customer experience. The room was very satisfying with a separate living area, two bathrooms and two TVs. The red level lounge was a bonus allowing for easy access to food and beverage.
