“Nice stay”
The place is clean and elegant.Good location and the style of decorating the rooms is beautiful. We find the area safe and nice. The places to eat are near by and Opera house is really close. I would recommend this one :)

“Elegance, charm and kindness.”
We stayed for two nights in January. The room was beautifully decorated and very original in style. It's located in a perfect situation for visiting the main attractions of Madrid. “Quirky but hard to handle”
More style than substance. Infrastructure is old and clunky and no customer welcome. Elegant , quirky celebration of a past era but feels tired and bathroom not fit for purpose and electrics terrible. Seriously Lacks TLC and a regard for its customers.

“Loved it”
My Husband and I stayed here in April and absolutely loved it! The design of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were solid - nothing spectacular but more than enough to get the day started. There wasn't always someone at the front desk, but we didn't really need any help with our stay.… more
