“kind and understanding staff”
I didn’t stay because of the Covid19 Virus, but I appreciated the staff's willingness to cancel the reservation and refund the fees paid. I want to return to Granada as soon as possible and will definitely book my stay in this hotel to thank them personally.

“Parking spot”
They have parking places in the garage nearby, and they let us stay parked three hours longer than our check out time. Professional staff. Clean room. Some problems with a mold stains on the bathroom walls in our room, but nothing too bad.

“Granada is the capital ”
The hotel is charming compared to three stars hotels in the center city to the corner of the most important street where many shopping stores there 20 min far away from La Alhambra and generalife the staff are cool and cooperative

“Very uncomfortable beds but good location”
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and were pretty disappointed in the hotel. The price and location were good, but the experience as a whole was not great.
