Do read your email from the hotel explaining about arriving purists receptionists limited times! Otherwise you’ll Not be able to access the hotel when you get there. Once in, it’s lovely. Very conveniently located and good value accommodation. Good sized room with en-suite kettle for tea/coffee and also communal area with seating and further tea/cofffee making and microwave. “Nice. Just what I needed to explore.”
Solo traveller. Stayed for 3 nights in September 2024. This is a nice little hotel not too far from the old town. The train/bus station is a 10/15 minute walk. Don't arrive before 2pm as the reception isn't staffed, but there are lots of coffee/pastry shops nearby to wait. The rooms are what you… more

“Not suitable for people with physical disablilties”
When booking our stay, we asked about accessability, to be told yes we have a lift. Not once was it mentioned in the communication that there was a flight of stairs to access the lift. I have a physical disability, and this is unacceptable, please state that its not suitable

I do not think this is a hotel. There is a receptionist at the front door and then a dark set of stairs leading up to the rooms. On the first floor there are some chairs and some storage lockers.
