Caring staff (Andres & Vanessa, as well as others) will provide excellent check-in and informational assistance. I recommend and stayed extra days because everyone was so helpful. Good employees, breakfast available at nominal charge, free coffee, clean rooms and public areas, frequent bus to city center steps away. A very professional staff. Andres went above and beyond in customer service. Major cosmopolitan mall Espai Gironese an easy few minutes walk from hotel lobby.

This hotel is classified as 2 star but I think it was a 3-star property. For the value we paid - €62 for a family room of 3, this place was excellent. We booked directly through the hotel website. We paid upon arrival at check in. Kelvyn was a very friendly and helpful guy who checked us in. The hotel lobby was really big, clean, spacious and bright. It gave the hotel a very good welcome feel. There is free coffee/tea/hot water available at the lobby in 2 machines 24 hours a day. This was an excellent facility. Reception is also 24 hours. There is free parking inside the hotel parking lot. Lots of parking outside as well. The location is really good - easy to find, a shopping mall just across the street with a good food court, McDonald's, Burger King, a cinema. A big supermarket Mercadona next door. 3 fuel stations within 500 metres - Meroil is the cheapest, followed by Shell and Repsol. But this Spain so everything shuts early and Sunday is dead everywhere. Nothing is open or shuts by midday. Frankly, the drive to Pyrenees (Puigcerda, Tuixent, Sort) was quite uninteresting. The Costa Brava drive of Tossa de mar, Lloret de mar was still better in parts along the coast. But if you really want a spectacular drive then go to Andorra. Coming back to the hotel, room was fine, but small for a family because of the extra bed. It's a good size for 2. Bathroom was clean with good hot water and speed. There was also a TV with cBle, lots of channels. There is also breakfast buffet in the morning for 6 euros per person. It was a really good spread and worth the 6 euros. Lots of selection. Overall it was a great hotel to stay at this price. I was very impressed by all facilities and therefore at the start of my review I called this a 3-star hotel. Highly recommended.

“Justo, Cómodo, buena atención”

Check in y check out were fast. Room is enough that you need. Breakfast was good but no so much. Parking very good. Very clean at all. Elevator, desk at room. Wifi worked well. Free coffee and Te 24hs.
