“VERY CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION”

The AC hotel in Córdoba is a basic but nice hotel. It has everything one needs. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is not very close to the center, but it is just one block from the train station, which makes it very convenient.Breakfast has good options, both sweet and savory.

This continues to be a reliable hotel in Cordova. Close to the train station and a short walk to shopping, parks and restaurants, the hotel’s location is unrivaled. The rooms are nice, clean and quite comfortable. We were given a room facing the back, which didn’t have a view but was quiet. In previous stays, we stayed in a room facing the park and it was a bit noisy but lovely, especially in summer when the fountain is functioning. One thing we did not like was breakfast, pricy for what is offered: capsule coffee, limited fruits and packaged juices.Not worth the 12-16 euros charged at all. Other than the breakfast, the hotel is perfect and its staff is friendly, professional and extremely courteous, a rare find now days!

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment - the main benefit is its proximity to the train station. While the room was clean, several issues detracted from the experience: 1. As many have noted, there is no soundproofing. My initial room faced the street and an amusement park, and I could hear everything with the window closed including pedestrian crossing beeps. I was moved to a quieter room facing the other side of the hotel, but it only had two single beds - though they and their pillows were comfortable. I was woken up at around 8AM by construction noise, but at least I managed to sleep. If they hadn't have been able to move me, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. 2. The bathroom was nice with the green tiles and strong shower pressure, but there was mould on the ceiling. 3. The TV was small and old, with a blue line running through the screen, and half the buttons on the remote didn’t work. 4. The light switches were worn out and needed to be in the exact right position to stay on. To end on a positive note, the receptionists were very friendly - probably the friendliest I've encountered in Spain! It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and there's a great local restaurant just across the road.

“Check invoices for accuracy before you hit pay online!”

*Date of stay irrelevant. Haven't been there and won't go, I was going to go in FEb 2025 This is actually a Marriot hotel. Haven't staid there yet. Have cancelled my reservation. I was given a senior rate which was more beneficial then enrolling in their Bonvoy program. I contacted the front desk more than 24 hrs ago, no response. Then I looked at my reservation confirmation and there was a place where I could supposedly cancel on my own..But that didn't work. That would have only worked if I had enrolled in their Bonvoy program, which I didn't and don't want to do. I ended up phoning Marriott International to cancel the reservation. Still no answer from the hotel But I did have a little problem with the hotel. I told them I wanted to pay on line rather than wait to get to the hotel. The hotel sent me an invoice (which included breakfast). I noticed they had charged me breakfast for the day of arrival and I arrive in late afternoon!! When I complained to the hotel to ask them to please fix the invoice, they said it was correct and for me to please notice that they had not charged me for the last day!!! That is irrelevant because I wasn't going to have breakfast on the last day anyway. I recall asking them if I could just pay or not on the day of..That request was ignored! Above is not, however, the reason I cancelled the reservation. So following advice is for any booking you pay online. Make sure invoice and charges are correct before hitting PAY!
