“Small room in the city ”
We had a nice room overlooking plaza. Small but efficient and a view of the bay. Hotel registration is up two flights of stairs so a little confusing but pretty well marked. Very central and easy to walk and take buses.

“Nothing to complain - central location, good base to explore Ceuta”
I stayed at Hostal Plaza Ruiz for one night in November 2017. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Ceuta at a pedestrian zone (so no noise from cars, busses and trucks) - in summer time it maybe can get a bit noisy due to the terraces of the restaurants located next to the hotel.
