This should be a 4 star hotel I loved our time here and recommend to anyone whether a couple or a family! Location is great The gym is great Didn't use the indoor pool but that looked lovely Pools are beautiful however they are really cold (June/july)slides are fun as is the bucket tip we only used this once, only due to my children being older they preferred the other one. Sunbeds do get taken with towels from about 8am but you can normally still find room. We never had a problem the top 'kid pool' with the slides gets taken the most. Football pitch is a winner my boys loved it playing with different people aswel! Staff are friendly Cleaning staff all work hard however we didn't get clean sheets until the day before we left and change of towels 2 days before we left maybe an oversight? Did get a welcome pack with a sponge and washing up liquid which was a lovely touch and the cleaner arranged my sons teddys and made the towels into pretty shapes From the groundsman to the pool cleaner they all work hard. The entertainment guy was perfect for his job he is great at it even better as my OH won a.game and won me a cocktail.😄 (pina colada A+!) The only slight problem we had was our bathroom door had no lock and was an ensuit one it also left a gap when closed so was a bit awkward with 2 teenage boys myself and partner also they could really do with more mirrors getting ready whilst someone was in the shower was a no as the mirror was in their. The above are minor issues and i would book again. We had a lovely room location opposite the pool which made our lives so much more relaxing as we could see the kids from poolside. We only had breakfast once as s/c and we wasn't a fan but did arrive nearer the end There is a shop on site aswell with the most beautiful fresh pastries in the mornings but be quick!! There is pool tables a snack bar and a library! Honestly a wonderful hotel thank you for having us. Room 103 pool view WiFi good!

“Good location nice hotel”

We've just arrived back from lanzarote 1st time on the island and we had an amazing time the hotel is an ideal location from the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. We had 2 apartments both within touching distance of the bottom pool which was ideal for us as we could see our youngest daughter playing in and around the pool area. The rooms were clean and functional (pillows) need looking at bit flat for me but personal taste. My only major concern with the rooms is there is no dust pan brush or mop my daughter accidentally dropped a glass and it went everywhere you have to go to reception to ask to borrow there's it would be handy to have a small cupboard on the patio area. Entertainment wasn't brilliant(the lounge area in need of a good clean dirty socks and food still from the night before on the floor)but we also had two teenagers with us and it wasn't really their seen so spent most nights down in the town which we absolutely fell in love with takes 5/10 mins for slow walkers. beautiful beach with jet skies and other water sports teenagers loved this plenty of restaurants and bars. The pool area is fun and lively with music playing happy hour 12-1 which we loved cocktails were flowing it was cleaned every morning (shame the guests didn't do a better job of cleaning up after themselves plenty of bins no excuse really) would stay again

“if you expect Hilton quality on cheap costs, you are going to be disappointed”

We visited 26th June to 3rd July with three kids under the age of 4 and two adults (including me) Pros : plenty of car parking space easy to get to via car from the airport close to the town centre (playa blanca). it was walkable with the young kids one in a buggy. hotel is very family based so if you want peace and quiet maybe this one isnt for you Yes it’s basic but when you got kids, do you really want fancy?? Pool bar offers a simple menu for foods to eat poolside. theres multiple pools. the little shop on site is basic but its good to sort out breakfast. Cons: whilst rooms are basic, theres alot of damages (fridge door was rusting, wood panel by sink had so much water damage that it was curling) Bed was TOUGH. my back felt bruised every morning from sleeping on it. my 4 year old slept fine. the kitchen isnt fully equipped. you can really only make basic meals. theres no spatula so you cant fry eggs. Wifi is horrible so make sure your phone has unlimited data especially if your kids needs their tablets to unwind and relax in the evenings. We were there for a week and the beds were not changed at all. floor was barely cleaned. Rooms should come with a broom to sweep the floors or even a dustpan and brush because things fall on the floor eg the glass cups and become dangerous if you have kids and cant clean up properly. the small paddling pool for young children has no rules that you cant smoke in that area on the topic of smoking theres no ash trays by the pools so my 1 year old put a cigarette butt in her mouth as people seem to just throw them anywhere. The no sunbeds reserving before 10am is not enforced so youll find people putting towels on chairs at 8am and not coming back until midday when the clouds have gone. this happened alot in the small paddling pool for kids which is a small area with limited umbrellas and space for sunbeds. Hotel also doesnt inform you that maintenance will be coming the following day so we had an incident in which two men entered our apartment to test the sockets whilst i was asleep. apparently they knocked before entering. would i return? possibly if i had the kids on me. for the price and the location, its a good base.
