“Great place to stay”
Excellent location. Very comfortable room with a good bathroom. Considering the position, not particularly noisy. Lovely, helpful and professional staff. Breakfast would be a good addition, but stacks of places to eat very close by. The Athletic Bilbao bar across the street is worth a visit.

“Magic place to stay Bilbao old town”
Met up with old S African friends walking trip. We stayed first night 25 June and now in return. Perfect position - Soo easy to get back to if you have no sense of direction like me. “Quirky Boutique Hotel”
Best position in the old town, secure, safe, lovely comfortable room, exceptionally clean, everything catered for, needed an Iron and it was supplied, GHD straighterners, ear plugs, coffee machine in main area, staff amazing, Vicky was so helpful, highly recommended.

“Great and not so great all at the same time”
The location is fab. The hotel is quirky, clean and warm. The beds are comfy and the staff are lovely. Some touches like the coffee pods and communal coffee machine are great. “A bed in a loud area with a good sleep”
Nice Pension with very lovely rooms in a very loud party area. Nevertheless we had a good sleep with soundproof windows (they are very good,), ear plugs and AC. The staff could have a little bit more passion to their guests. The always looking at there’re pc screens…
