“Well located great room.”
This was an excellent place to stay for our two nights in Bilbao. We had a suite which had a huge bed with a small side room with a sofa bed. “Great location and breakfast”
We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, equal distance to the old town and the Guggenheim. Room contained everything required (hair dryer, safe, kettle). We were kindly upgraded to a premium room when we checked in and so also had the soft drinks free in the room. Breakfast was good... more

“Good place to stay”
Convenient, centrally located hotel. Easy, flat walk to attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff. Lovely large room with fridge with water supplied. Bathroom nice and clean with good quality supplies. Beautiful soft bedding. Not ideal for honeymoon - as bed sooooo big!

“Could have been great”
The hotel and and staff were great, the breakfast and bar staff were very helpful. I wish i had checked the TA reviews. The nightclub / club next door which would appear to kick out at 06:00 has its exit under the hotel, our rooms were on the 1st floor directly above the night club exit. On Satu... more
