“Superb location, kind people! Warm welcome :)”
Surely a great choice in Bilbao! It’s super central, just by the river Nervion and the Guggenheim. The room was comfortable, all the staff very kind, and they even stored our bags after check out for no extra charge. I felt warmly welcome and will return when in this pleasant city! 🙏

“Very good, apart from smoking smell in room, breakfast very good and bar. Friendly staff and ideal position”
Only fault .. whilst the rooms are no smoking room - our room Smelt of cigarette smoke that was extremely overpowering. Elsewhere very clean and good size room, Hotel very friendly with bar and restaurant . Situated within walks of old town, Guggenheim. Underground parking.
