“Perfect option”
This elegant hotel has very strategic location, close to everywhere. It has gorgeous breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful (especially in breakfast salon). own parking lot. So, see you next time, thank you.

“Best in Bilbao”
Hotel Carlton is wonderful. Friendly reception staff. Lovely Reception area, with lots of seating around. Best breakfast ever, just everything you need to set you up for a day's sightseeing. “Perfect central location”
Perfect central location for exploring the city.. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with a large comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nice room, but lack of personal service. As a guest you fell just as a commodity, we were expecting more welcoming attitude and environment according to reputation and price.
