“Ideal stay in Bilbao”
Super location on the riverfront between the Guggenheim and the old town, close to both. Warm welcome from the friendly, helpful staff who gave us lots of useful information. Spacious, comfortable room, good bed. Ideal place to stay for a few nights in Bilbao

“Wonderful Surprise in Bilbao”
Excellent location and the staff was great. Very close to The Guggenheim Museum on a beautiful avenue. Very complete breakfast with plenty of options including gluten free croissants. Would definitely stay there again and congrats to the whole Team.

“Great staff but inconvenient location”
Very comfortable property with an excellent breakfast, fast elevators and wonderful staff. Advice provided by Adrianne was invaluable both for walking Bilbao as well as on getting to and exploring Vizcaya Bridge and Getxo. Would rate higher if beds were newer and location were better. “Good location”
Hotel was ok. The room was comfortable although the air conditioning was not working, pumping out hot air. Location was good and the staff helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel So can’t comment on the food. The bar was ok - not exactly buzzing. Business hotel rather than for tourists.
