“Great stay in Bilbao”
Nice hotel, super comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast buffet (the best in Spain I had so far!) The WIFI in the room was not working after 2100-2400 (probably many people use streaming services)

“Convenient location hotel”
Good location for visiting old town and Guggenheim. Good car parking facilities in underground car park.

“The Worst Intyernet Service In the World”
Three days without a decent internet on a business trip. Tech support at the other side of the continent that doesn't speak any English.
