We were met at the apartments by Vicki who showed us our two x two bed apartments and ran through the 'rules' and took a damage deposit. We were met at the apartments by Vicki who showed us our two x two bed apartments and ran through the 'rules' and took a damage deposit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and included a full size hairdryer, towels, good equipped kitchen, dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll and a fabulous nespresso coffee maker and pods a la George clooney. In our apartment we had one twin/ double and the room room had bunk beds which were plenty big enough. There is a strict no noise policy after 10pm as noise travels through the buildings. Location was good too. 15 min walk from the beach and 15 min walk to the Marina metro station. Marina serviced the line L4 which took you direct to stations near la ramblas. We bought a ten journey ticket for 9.95 euros and kept passing the ticket back (we were in a group of 8). Be careful on the metro though, two friends were near victims of pick pocketing even though we were very mindful of our bags. This happened during the day wore bags across the body. Be careful! There are super markets close by to the apartment so easy to pick up essentials and extra toilet roll! The port Olympic area and beach have plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and cafes. A great location if you like the beach side of the city but everywhere else really accessible too.

8 of us stayed in two apartments for a long weekend. The apartments had good facilities with a separate kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, and toaster etc. The apartments also had free Wi-Fi. Generally the apartment was basic but very clean and the beds very comfortable. The second room had bunk beds which was slightly unusual but they were more than adequate for adults. The only mirror was in the bathroom which made getting ready a little difficult but not a big problem. The apartments has a quiet policy after 10pm, so noise had to be kept to a minimum after this time. As we were out every evening this wasn't a problem for us but might be worth noting for large groups who want to get together late into the evening. There is no reception or cleaning services during the stay. Location was very good for Port Olympic and the beach. It was too far to walk to Las Rambla but two metro stops were very close and within a 10 minute walk. A direct line can take you to the top of Las Rambla in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great apartment for the price and suited our needs perfectly.

I stayed here with 4 other people. It was clean, had good links to transport however picking up the keys and finding the place was quite difficult even though we where in a taxi!! We weren't told that we had to pick the keys up elsewhere until a day or two before we went. We got a taxi from the airport to the place where we had to get the keys and even the taxi driver said he wasn't sure if it was the right place. We also had to pay €60ish for room tax or cleaning or something like that and we also had to leave either cash or a credit card deposit in case of any damage. This was roughly €200 so before we had even started we spent €260 which we hadn't been told about. The people where we collected our keys from where very pleasant though and said when leaving we could take our luggage back to them and store it until we went to the airport. We got our keys & found the apartment. It was a okay, clean amazing double glazing and very quite area which was good. We found A few things with the apartment that were a little irritating. They knew we had booked it for 5 adults. Myself, my partner his parents and his brother, it was a surprise for my partners dads 60th. We had a loverly balcony however only on chair. There was no plug for the bath, the sofa bed wasn't great! In fact my partners brother just slept on the actual sofa instead of turning it into a sofa bed due to comfort and how clean it look. There was a loverly little cafe round the corner very reasonable for breakfast and coffee, it was called 'Ca Leric' and a lush Turkish place further round the corner called 'Prince a La Turca' the closest metro link to the apartment was called 'Bogatell' and it was on the yellow line but very simple and easy to use. There was also a hop on hop off bus stop not too far away near the big park with the zoo in. The rambles street was 30 minute walk and the cable cars a 50 minute work. I would recommend these apartments but I would just say to people looking to use them to double check there information and get a taxi to the place to pick up the keys and then to the apartment as it would have been impossible to find without a taxi. We tried to drop our bags off at the place where we picked the keys up from but 2.5 hours later and asking several people, showing the address to hotels, taxis and local shops we couldn't find it on foot/metro. So we ended up having to trail our cases around until it was time to get to the airport.

“Convenient, simple apartments in good condition”

We stayed here for a full week and found the apartment very satisfactory. It is in a fairly quiet, albeit a bit scruffy, residential part of the city, a few minutes walk from the nearest Metro station (Bogatell) and less than half an hour brisk walk from La Rambla or Barri Gòtic. Cafes, bars and supermarkets are all nearby. The apartment appeared to have been recently redecorated but some of the older furniture was a bit tired. Otherwise, it was well equipped and everything worked fine. Despite being on the 4th floor, the mosquitoes get in and either windows need to be closed or use an anti-mosquito device (or both).
