“Good experience and excellent service”
The hotel has the best location in the city. The rooftop swimming pool with views is really unique. The team was very helpful.although the hotel needs at some point some revisions and food service could speed up specially at the top. The rooms are comfortable.

“Good til the end”
Pretty good. When we left for the ship we realized I forgot my cane. I asked them to send it to my ship and put the cost on my bill. They refused. So we had to pay someone from the celebrity ship to go get it. That was the epitome om poor customer service.
