As in other countries, hotel rates in urban areas are significantly higher compared to those in rural areas, and Barcelona was no exception. While the price would have afforded a very nice room in the countryside, it was a typical business hotel. The location was within walking distance of Montjuïc Hill and La Rambla, with the nearest station, Paral-lel, about a 5-minute walk away. There were also many restaurants nearby, making it convenient. The room was clean but somewhat small, and the walls were thin, so noise was a concern. The staff were kind and stored our luggage after check-out. 他の国と同様に、地方に比べて都市部のホテルの料金はだいぶ高止まりしている印象で、バルセロナも同様でした。 地方だとかなり上等な部屋に泊まれる値段でしたが、一般的なビジネスホテルという形態です。 場所はモンジュイックの丘にも徒歩で行ける距離ですし、ランプラス通りから歩ける距離でした、最寄駅はPalal-lelで徒歩5分程度、近くにレストランも多く便利でした。 部屋は清潔でしたが多少狭く、壁も薄かったため騒音も気になりました。 スタッフは親切で、チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれました。

Tiny, spotless rooms with all basic amenities, good continental breakfast (served in a tiny breakfast room), welcoming and friendly staff. “Could be better”

The hotel is located in a dark side street and it provides good soundproofing from the busy street. Relatively close to the metro and a couple of small shops where you can buy what you need. Staff helpfulness level 2/10, because probably the only thing the staff is interested in is non-stop smoking… more

The hotel is located in a dark side street and it provides good soundproofing from the busy street. Relatively close to the metro and a couple of small shops where you can buy what you need. Staff helpfulness level 2/10, because probably the only thing the staff is interested in is non-stop smoking. On the other hand, I can praise the excellent English language. Room was very small. Price too high.
