While the hotel has undergone updates, it’s evident that it’s over 30 years old. For me, the price-to-quality ratio is significantly off. Fortunately, after raising these issues with management, they offered compensation, which I appreciated. The rooms were extremely noisy; I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, and the constant noise from the elevators made it difficult to relax. Adding to this, only two elevators were working (sort of), leading to long wait times. The lounge was unattended and accessible to everyone using the left elevator. There was no staff available to provide service. The internet was a major issue—none of the available networks had acceptable speeds, which made it difficult to stay connected. Breakfast was disappointing. We weren’t properly seated or greeted, nor were we offered drinks or the option to have eggs cooked to order as nobody approached us. Despite the waitstaff seeming experienced, they were unprofessional, clattering plates and cutlery, which detracted from the overall dining experience. On a positive note, the bar staff were lovely, and the hotel’s location offers plenty of interesting sights in the surrounding area.

Hotel is in a great location with mall, eateries and hospital nearby. We walked to many of the tourist sites from this location. On the downside, there’s 3 elevators for 11 floors, and we’re fairly certain one didn’t work. It felt like ages for one to be available. WiFi was slow or would drop whil… more

Hotel is in a great location with mall, eateries and hospital nearby. We walked to many of the tourist sites from this location. On the downside, there’s 3 elevators for 11 floors, and we’re fairly certain one didn’t work. It felt like ages for one to be available. WiFi was slow or would drop while we were in our room (6th floor). Bathroom in the room was clean but hadn’t received a deep clean in a while. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay but likely would seek other options.
