Entitled “The City of Dreams” due to it’s special significance for us, Barcelona is essential to be visited and revisited. Know more of the Capital of Catalonia, about Gaudi’s monumental and multidimensional legacy, about a unique and historic culture and a romance language such as Catalan, the more one stays and the moments become unforgettable. The hotel is close to Plaça Catalunya and the red line. Places are relatively close and also several shopping outlets. And don’t forget to dine/have drinks on the top floor, the view is incredible! (Special thanks to the Hotel staff for their attention and assistance)

“wow”

we have just completed a two nights day at this fantastic hotel, our modern, spacious, spotlessly clean room was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. we cannot fault this Hotel, a superb breakfast, professionally friendly staff, ideal location, I would 100% stay here again

Hotel room is immaculate and cleaned Dailey with everything you would need, no kettle for a cup of tea though there is a coffee machine, we needed an iron so rang reception and they brought us an iron and ironing board, the staff are extremely helpful with everything you would need, booking us taxi… more

“The 'Unromantic Package' - Poor customer service”

A lovely hotel in a great location and a warm welcome on arrival. It kind of goes downhill after that. Upon booking our stay, I was offered and booked their 'romantic package' which was to have a bottle of cava and strawberries in the room on arrival. I bought it for the experience / surprise, not so much for the cava which we can get anywhere. I also received emails prior to arrival stating ' At H10 Hotels we would like to thank you for the trust you’ve placed in us and offer you everything you need to make your stay at our hotel unforgettable.' - I won't forget this experience in a hurry for all the wrong reasons On arrival I discreetly asked if the cava was in the room. There was no record of it being bought & paid for, I had to show my confirmation. They apologised and said they'd send it straight up. After waiting a considerable length of time and no cava we left to go for a walk. Before leaving, I again told them in reception it had not arrived, they apologised again and said they'd have it in the room for when we returned. All this time I was trying to keep it a surprise. We got back and still no cava, I ultimately had to phone down to reception and spoil the surprise. Of course I got another shallow apology before it was eventually delivered It was a real shame. If I had not been offered the 'Romantic Package' after booking our stay, I would have had nothing bad to say. Instead the sheer lack of customer service resulted in a stressful and disappointing stay. The warm welcome was surface deep and their apologetic words empty.
