“Great Comfy hotel in Great Location with Wonderful friendly staff!”
Located right next to the Boqueria market and centrally located on La Rambla, was a short walk to several historical and scenic sights. Comfy rooms were very clean with all modern necessities. Located right next to the Boqueria market and centrally located on La Rambla, was a short walk to several historical and scenic sights. Comfy rooms were very clean with all modern necessities. Small rooms compared to hotels in the US, but you're in Barcelona so don't spend a lot of time sitting in the room anyway. A 24 hours pharmacy is right across the street if you forgot any personal items. The buffet breakfast at this hotel was wonderful; great selection of fresh fruit, meats, pastries, cheese, etc., and friendly staff who prepare the best coffee any way you like it. Great views of La Rambla or the Market depending on which side of the hotel your room is. Very quiet if you close the windows, but we enjoyed the sights and sounds of the busy market and city. Taxi stand right outside this hotel makes it easy to get around but we walked everywhere on the beautiful tree lined Ramblas. Best part of this wonderful hotel was the staff; so friendly and helpful, desk staffed 24 hours a day, answered all our questions, available to help with tours or directions, great customer service. We will miss them and definitely be back again someday.

Nice enough hotel, great location on las ramblas! We booked a room with a balcony (not that we used it as it rained the whole time haha), it was a good size room and clean. On arrival in the room it did have a somewhat damp smell but opening the windows/door seemed to get rid of that. The sink had a bit of a leak which was annoying as the floor got soaking wet. But the bed was comfy, reception staff friendly and a great location so all in all a nice comfortable base.

Exe Ramblas Boqueria is a smaller hotel right in the heat of old Barcellona on the Ramblas. Right next to the market. Exe Ramblas Boqueria is a smaller hotel right in the heat of old Barcellona on the Ramblas. Right next to the market. Our room was on the third floor in the back corner overlooking the market, we thought it would be noisy but not. Room was small but adequate for our 2-night stay. Reception desk staff was helpful. Doesn't look like much when you go in the small lobby, their larger lobby is on the second floor. Paid parking is reasonably close, normal 24 euros a day for Spain larger cities. Would stay again even though it's rating was much lower that out normal but, we did not make any prior reservations before arriving for a month-long vacation in Spain & Portugal. Sometimes when you don't reserve ahead you have to take what you can get.
