“Excellent value, perfect location”

Very high marks for Hotel Catalonia Portal de l'Angel! The staff was very helpful and accommodating - storing luggage, securing cabs, providing additional towels. “Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter”
Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite and clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Harbor. Lovely courtyard outside to enjoy a glass of sangria.

Location Location Location. In the historic area, close to the metro. Easy accessibility to everything you want to do and see in Barcelona. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of eating options nearby. But bring your own coffee supply.
