“Lovely hotel and location”
We stayed 3 nights in this lovely parador right next to the city wall. The location was perfect. There were several lovely restaurants close by and we were able to walk to all the historic sights. There is limited parking but we were able to park very close by with the recommendation of the recepti… more

“Perfect place to stay in Avila”
From the hotel you can easily visit by foot the walls and the old town with all the interesting places. Restaurants or a trip with the Tuk Tuk of Marina

“Average experience. Indifferent and rude staff.”
The fact that this is a state run chain is reflected in the attitude of the staff. Ranging from indifferent to rude. Indifferent reception staff making things difficult at check in and check out. “Super location and Historic building, but ...”
Room cold, heating instructions useless, no kettle and coffee/tea making equipment. Sorry but not up to the standard of all other Paradores where we have stayed. Management should do better.
