“Wish we had stayed longer.”
Had a superior room which was very large and comfortable. Good bathroom facilities. The only think I would have liked would have been tea and coffee making facilities, but that is not unusual in Spain. Very quiet. Interesting building in its own right. Nice grounds. “Lovely Parador”
Great place to stay on way back to Santander. Lovely room with view over grounds and river. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast with great service. Comfortable bar area and outdoor area for drinks. This Parador represents far better value than others I have stayed in.

“Always a safe bet”

“Lovely historic building”
Lovely historic building that retains many original features, set in a great location 5 mins outside Cangas with ample free parking. The staff from reception and the restaurant were all warm and welcoming. The food was great. Breakfast in my all time top 10.

“Parador at its best.”
Beautiful Parador in a restored monastery. Very good located, view over the Picos de Europa and a short drive trough a beautiful scenery to the sea. Great rooms, service and food. A great place for a getaway.
