We booked here on recommendation from family. We booked a sea view and requested a room on higher floor possible. I had emailed ahead to guest relations as the last two reviews of the noise worried me about sleeping but I didn’t need to be concerned, during our 5 nights there was no noise from the hotel, not sure what the reviews were about but we had requested to be as far away from any noise and our room was 4th floor nearer to the beach which was perfect. Daniel in guest relations was really helpful and prompt at responding, we had a lovely welcome gift and water in our room on arrival and also on departure which was a lovely touch, thank you Daniel. He also rang whilst we were there to check all was ok and as we were leaving early 6am the last day we missed breakfast so he arranged a picnic for us to collect on check out which we enjoyed at the airport, really impressed thank you, little touches like that really make a trip special and enjoyable. The room was cleaned every day and it was lovely and modern with shampoo and shower gel I didn’t need to bring any. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and watch locals on the beach etc. breakfast was well worth it, huge selection and all very good, very clean and staff were excellent, very efficient we didn’t wait for anything. All in all a great place to stay whilst enjoying our first visit to Alicante and the delightful restaurants and bars nearby, location is perfect, we used the airport bus and bought the card on the bus €12.50 which allows 10 trips with no expiry date very handy for groups or re visiting The bus stop is just near the hotel

Very nice hotel. Lovely staff and good location, overlooking the beach on one side and the marina on the other. Excellent value for money and the bar and restaurant are inexpensive too. Very nice hotel. Lovely staff and good location, overlooking the beach on one side and the marina on the other. Excellent value for money and the bar and restaurant are inexpensive too. Comfy beds and clean rooms. We paid for a room on “The Level”, which is probably worth it had the weather been good enough to use the pool. It also gives you “free” drinks (wine, beer and snacks).

The Level, Amazing breakfasts, great selection of fresh fruits, bread, eggs cooked to order, hot and cold choices, attentive staff who look after everyone, We had lovely room on the Level floor Marina view , the hotels in a great position for exploring and easy access to the city castle beach and marina, the staff are all welcoming and friendly always got a smile and helpful. We did find the daily nibbles that are put out a bit repetitive, could also do with changing the wines to a less acidic wine, there’s lots to explore in Alicante.

My husband and I booked a suite and although it was nice and spacious with a lovely beach view the settee in the suite was hardly useable. Luckily we didn’t need this to be a bed but the cushions were sunken down the back so that when someone sat on it they were nearly down the back of the couch! Apart from that everything else was great especially the breakfast.There was 8 in our group and we had the breakfast for 3 mornings and it was always lovely and also very fresh Staff were always very pleasant and friendly
