FIRST FLOOR -BEDROOM C: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM C with shower and access to terrace overlooking the garden and pool. -BEDROOM D: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM D with shower and access to terrace overlooking the garden and pool. -BEDROOM E: consists of a double bed 140x200cm with wardrobe, centralised air conditioning, en-suite BATHROOM E with shower and window with view to the outside. BASEMENT FLOOR -LIVING ROOM B: we have a large living room with SMART TV, (the use of the fireplace is prohibited) several sofas for 2/3 people and a dining table for up to 8 people (possibility of adding a side table to increase the capacity of diners).
