“Great location”
A nice hotel in the heart of the city. A beautiful old building with a modern feel. The hotel was clean and spacious and the bathroom was lovely. The breakfast was a bit limited but fresh fruit and great coffee made it ok.

We booked a superior room which was huge, with large windows overlooking the plaza. Excellent double-glazing, very quiet. Central to everything. All reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We would very much recommend this hotel. The only (slight) negative was that breakfast is only four set options, Healthy, Manchegan and Gran Hotel. The fourth, the Full English is nothing like an English breakfast. You would be better to go to a nearby cafe.

We drove down from Madrid, and found the hotel easily. It is a very impressive looking structure, built in 1910 and looks great. I did have a bit of a problem with parking, they do have a parking garage which I used, but there is limited parking on the street....not the fault of the hotel certainly, it is common in Europe to have limited street parking. Check-in was seamless, English speaking staff at the desk, although I always try to speak in the language of the country I am in, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, recently renovated, large bathroom, closet space, TV and a safe, and above all clean! All of the rooms and common area's have been renovated, and are bright and welcoming. The hotel is across the street from a square, and within walking distance of most everything you want to see/visit. The Bull Ring, museums, parks etc. Lots and lots of Tapas bars nearby as well restaurants, from inexpensive to Michelin starred!! all within a very short walk. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Typical European with some interesting additions. Staff in the breakfast room was very very helpful! I would certainly stay here again.
