“Not a pleasant stay”
Need to renovate the place is too dated. Also concierge feels not helpful, when we checked in they did not bother to show us where is the lift to get to the rooms as it is not that obvious from the reception area. Cannot recommend the hotel and will not consider next time I am around Gangnam area… more

“Not great nor bad”
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Everything was adequate. The room is very standard with a small bathroom. The tub is extremely small. The towels you get are below standard, old, cheap and small.
