We booked a apartment that comes with four big rooms. It is really big that it feels a bit empty even with ten people living in the same space. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay but the equipment there are a bit dated with dust over them, cleanliness is a problem. It is also a bit far away from the subway station, about a 10 to 15 minutes walk. When we check in , we are told that only six occupants allowed in our room, we told them we confirmed with the agency that all of us (6 adutls and 4 children) can stay there without extra charges, the staffs the allowed all of us to stay with no extra charges. we really want to thank them for their flexibility in handling such situation.

“Very much self catering”
Stay was fine, wasn't amazing. Thought it'd be semi self catering but it's pretty much entirely self catering, they do provide shampoo & shower gel and that's pretty much it. Beddings were changed every 2nd day (even the cleaner accidentally picked up my pj's as well.. never saw them again). There … more

Beddings were changed every 2nd day (even the cleaner accidentally picked up my pj's as well.. never saw them again). There were 2 small bottles of water given initially.. Cookware, silverware & cutlery are all provided but not washed. There is a dishwasher but not gonna start it for 2 plates and 2 cups? No toaster available for borrowing, DVD machine wasn't installed (we didn't ask for it as weather as nice the whole time). Play room was a bit rubbish. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle bus to nearest train station and popular area Itaewon. There are lots of local shops around, supermarket, 7-11, local restaurants, coffee shops, quick walk away is a busy road packed with makeup skincare shops, eatery, train stations, a bit of street food. Very pleasant trip to Seoul for us. Trains are incredibly easy and convenient though it drives us a bit crazy with how many people there are. I would definitely this hotel for a family stay but be prepared ;)

If you are vacationing and like spending time at the hotel relaxing, then I don't recommend the suites. Stay at the main hotel instead. Cleaner, up to date rooms, just as nice as the higher end hotels you would find in NYC. But if you plan on spending most of your day sightseeing and little time at the hotel, the suites are a great choice for larger families that may need multiple rooms. I wouldn't recommend for couples. Food is incredibly expensive at the hotel.
