“Outstanding customer service”
The best customer service experience I have ever had at any Hyatt property. The staff are incredibly attentive and will take care of anything you need promptly. “Excellent service”
The staffs are all friendly and attentive. They provided 5 star service. The area has alot of construction happening so if you want a quieter stay ask for a room facing the back and not front of the hotel. Close to the Coex mall and transportation.

“PARK HYATT IS A PARK WONDERLAND”
The hotel is very elegant and sleek. The breakfast buffet displayed a lot of Korean and western food, and was very delicious. The rooms were very spacious as well as the bathroom.
