“Courteous Front Desk Staffs”
This hotel is located near Garak Market Station of Line No. 3 which is only one stop away from Suseo Station, SRT. It is kind of old fashioned one but Wifi and TV set are convenient. This hotel is located near Garak Market Station of Line No. 3 which is only one stop away from Suseo Station, SRT. It is kind of old fashioned one but Wifi and TV set are convenient. I stayed four nights for business trip on 6th floor. There are many convenient stores and too many restaurants and bars around, so it is hard to expect silence and calmness. Breakfast is served at Lobby Lounge on 1st floor, but only Korean breakfast. However, front desk staffs were kind enough to overcome noise and limited lists. Amenities are minimum amounts and kinds, such as hair dryer, shampoo, soap towel and mineral water, etc. Bed and pillows are comfort and clean. Bath tub is spacious, but toilet bowel has no bidet. It was heavy dusts in Seoul during my stay, but in door air was good. I would like to stay again because of courteous staffs, short distance from public transportation and cost effectiveness. 이전에 경험하신 고객들과 다른 경험이 있는 것으로 보아 최근에 다소간의 리모델링이 있었던 것 같습니다. 6층에 머물렀던 객실에는 카펫트가 없이 마루바닥이었고, 벽지나 커튼 등의 상태도 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 대중교통, 특히 수서역과 가까운 점이 최고의 장점이라 하겠고 따로 마련된 회의실이 없었지만 1층 커피숖을 무료로 이용할 수 있었던 점이 마음에 들었습니다. 회의시간이 길어지니까 직원분께서 물을 가져다 주시기도 하고 조식 때도 정성껏 내어 주셔서 낡아보이는 외관에도 불구하고 무척 인상깊었던 숙소였습니다.

“Not a bad hotel”
The hotel has been renovated. The breakfast menu is very limited. Internet access is problematic so if you are sans phone you will have issues. The staff is aware of it and like all Koreans I know will work to correct it. Overall I have to give them a 4.

“Needs renovating”
This is an older property in need of a renovation. Reception is not very helpful and limited English communication. Location is OK. Rooms are small. Beds are comfortable but amenities are limited. Good for one stay. There are other places in the same price range.
