“first time here and i love it”
amazing service!! counter staff is super patient in explaining all the facilities available in the hotel. there’s even shuttle bus service from hotel to nearby attractions. super. convenient !! would definitely come back here again for my next visit

“日本語が上手い！”
支配人のKangさんが面白いです。日本大好きだそうです。無料のバスがあることも素晴らしいと思います。ワオパスの機会がロビーにあってとても良いです。The staff Mr.Kang was so kind. He really likes Japan. And he is good at Japanese. There were free shuttle buses so good for shopping. And wow pass machine was convenient.

“Great service!”
Great service and good location. Charles at front desk is very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in without any trouble. Great room and clean. Stay here for 3 night. Easy to find food and shops. Located in the middle on the best area in Seoul.

Very clean hotel and very easy to get around. Very nice and helpful staff Laundry near by to clean clothes Nice food and very amazing service by charles kang It was very easy to get around and cheap as well. The buffet is also very nice and clean with many food items

“Lovely stay”
Perfect room and location! Close to stations and convenience stores! Excellent stay! Charles was very helpful at checkout!! Definitely will stay again for the next trip! Also close to airport bus which is a plus! Overall, very happy stay!
