An absolutely phenomenal massage experience! From start to finish, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. The therapist’s technique was both skillful and intuitive, targeting every tight knot and sore spot with the perfect amount of pressure. I could feel stress and tension melt away with each movement. It was clear that great care and expertise went into making this a personalized, rejuvenating experience. I left feeling completely relaxed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had—highly recommend!

“Need to address and fix the 110V power adapter issues in your rooms.”

You need to put the adapters for 110V into the rooms again instead of having to ask a the concierge desk for a huge External converter This is the only hyatt throughout Asia that does this. Please address this inconvenient issue. This is at the Grand Hyatt Seoul

The Grand Hyatt Seoul is a classic big city, bustling conference/events hotel with breathtaking city views, all kinds of amenities and first-rate service. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and didn't want it to end. First, the location is at the top of a mountain, near Namsan Tower, and has stunning views overlooking the southern part of Seoul and Gangnam. While I was thrilled to have a city view from the 15th floor, I also saw that the mountain views on the other side of the hotel are still quite nice, too. The only drawback to the location is that it can be difficult to walk anywhere because of the steepness of the mountain. The there is a village bus (green one) that literally stops right at the hotel and a city bus that also stops just off the entrance on the main street. Cabs and Ubers are also plentiful. The room is beautifully appointed and I feel like they thought of everything most travelers would need: Balmain bath products, a refrigerator that can hold a few extra bottles of your water, privacy screen for the bathroom, Japanese-style heated toilet seat, extremely comfortable bed and linens, I needed nothing else during my stay. There was even a check-in amenity that I was not expecting. The hotel has many things on property, including artificial turf tennis courts (3), outdoor ice skating rink, many restaurants, 24-hr gym, spa, etc. You could come here and not leave the property if you wanted to. It also means that the hotel itself is a destination for locals -- I haven't seen a hotel lobby so busy in a long time. I would be very happy to return to the Grand Hyatt Seoul and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury urban hotel and all the things that come with that.
