“Got a free upgrade to a higher level”
Joy Kim helped me at the front desk - super warm and friendly. An awesome hotel with great amenities and access to fun parts of Busan. The bathroom was very nice and my room had excellent views of the city! The only downside is it’s not within walking distance of the beaches.

We loved this hotel. It's location is great, near transportation, great shopping area, area under hotel has a great selection of food, even a grocery store. The room was perfect for us, quiet, very nice view, comfortable beds. Nice casino.

“Good location Hotel in Busan!!”
Good service, spacious room. Near a station. Convenient. Great staff that will help you with things you need. Great view of the city. Next to the Lotte Mall. Will stay here again the next time I visit Busan. Highly recommend and affordable for everyone.

“Good stay”
Convenient location, great buffet, nice gym and pool. Helpful concierge - helped us navigate cabs and provide recommendations for travel. The pool and gym were top notch. Dinner buffet at le seine was a bit pricey but well worth it - a true experience.
