“Amazing staying”
Very Good hotel and service. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was super. The room was comfortable ,quiet and very clean with a lovely view over Busan city . The main train station and the city center can be both reached quickly by taxi . Highly recommended

This is an amazing hotel, which both my wife and I loved. First the positives and then the negatives 1. The hotel is taking advantage of the slowdown in business from the coronavirus to renovate its rooms. Our room was, for all intents and purposes, new. It was also clean. 2. The prices are extremely good. My wife and I stayed a night at the hotel with an included buffet breakfast for far less than any five star hotel at which I've stayed for the last 15 years (the last hotel that came close was Le Meridien in Chongqing back in 2010). 3. We had a very nice dinner in the Korean restaurant downstairs in a large private room for the same price found at mid range restaurants in Seoul or Pusan. It would have been good value for money regardless - at a hotel, it was a phenomenal value. 4. The decor in much of the hotel is gorgeous. It is not a hotel that would be built today. The walls are frequently lined with traditional terracotta. The entrance evokes the feel of Korean palaces. The outside of the hotel is more marmite (you'll either dig it or you won't). 5. The hotel includes a gym. It also has a nice sauna. The sauna is for men only. I'm not sure about the gym. If you're a woman and you care about a morning workout, call ahead. 6. The hotel is on a hill, but it is nevertheless a 15 minute walk from the high speed rail to Seoul. Disadvantages 1. My biggest complaint was, oddly, the shower head in our bathroom. It was old fashioned, the kind of thing you'd find in a standard Korean condominium style hotel. You either have to bend over to make use of it, or take it out of its holster and hold it over your head. I know I am not the only person that associates luxury hotels with luxury bathrooms. The shower in this one came up short (the rest of it was perfectly fine), and my frustration was that it was such an obvious oversight. Go figure. 2. Many modern hotels have small rooms. This is an older hotel with small rooms, which was a surprise. It was entirely adequate for our needs, but it was not palatial. 3. As noted above, we loved the hotel's decor, and indeed elements of it, like the hallway leading to our room on the 14th floor, were more impressive than any hotel at which I have yet stayed (I've stayed at dozens of five star hotels around the world). Having said this, the hotel is older and some things come up short by modern standards. The lobby, though beautiful, has low ceilings. The gym is adequate, but not luxurious. The hotel has no gardens or outdoor swimming pool (there is an indoor swimming pool, but it was closed as a precautionary measure for COVID 19). The breakfast buffet was very pleasant indeed, but it did not equal what you would find at most five star hotels. This hotel felt somewhere between a 4 and 5 star hotel, extraordinary in some respects and somewhat lacking in others. However, I can't remember a hotel that offered a better combination of value for money. I would thoroughly recommend it.

This hotel is very far from all attractions and the city centre. They have a shuttle, but its not at convenient times. The hotel looks amazing from the outside and the lobby..constructed in traditional heritage style...staff was kind to me and could not speak in English, but its okay... So apart from the lovely building and lobby, this hotel must be avoided by tourists. The room was big, but old fashioned. It was congested and crowded with old furniture. There were plastic reusable slippers which i would never wear. The bathroom has hair, which was so unhygienic and dirty to see...the rooms were loud and not soundproof...the bathroom door knob was broken..the view from my sliding window was amazing though...apart from that the entire hotel was old, outdated and needs major over hauling...the restaurants dont have any menu choice...the unhygienic part, really put me off...

The rooms are old style and to a certain extent, especially in the bathroom, you can see the wear & tear, but all works fine and is well maintained. FOC wife within the premises. Breakfast buffet offers a very good range of dishes. Now taking all of the above and the price into consideration, it’s a good hotel with a very good price. Recommendable
