“Absolutely brilliant everytime”
The best of the best in food, service, cleanliness and staff 100/100 But unfortunately I give the 0/100 for the techno funky beats they play at supper time. The mood at dinner should be light, classical, romantic not BOOM BOOM DUFF DUFF BOOM BOOM

“Will be back, great service, best sleep in beautiful soft white bedding, peaceful, safe and clean room”
After a terrible stay at a hotel down the road we called Protea Fire&Ice Umhlanga in the middle of the night and asked to check-in. The receptionist we dealt with was named Life- he was amazing! Very friendly staff and clean and neat rooms. The only down side is the noise levels at night, particularly at reception. As you enter the hotel from the parking it smells fresh and lovely, it is so welcoming, the decor is beautiful throughout the hotel.
