I am giving the resort an average rating as there were certain aspects of the stay that did not meet expectations and was be a bit of a dosaapointment especially when the resort is supposed to be a 5 star establishment PROS: the facilities are unlimted in terms of pools , bars and restaurants service at the establishments is also on par The property is beautifully maintained the beach is loated within walking distance and is filly secure and private this was a hugge plus !!! The porters are extremely helpful and friendly Rooms offer all amenities ie bath/shower products ,coffee machine and microwave (garden suite) , gowns and slippers TV is fully equipped for streaming and casting Ideal location close to shopping malls and lifestyle CONS: There was no hot water in the bathroom basin - when we enquired at reception they notified us that maintenence had said that there were no issues to report ...this is something that should have been attended to once we brought it to their attention the garden suite - online website states that kitchenware is avaible -there was none available except for the standard 2 coffee cups and spoons. Room service : we placed an order via the online portal for breakfast -this did not arrive upon calling room service after 1 hour they said that they did not have the order .we enquired with reception who said that they did not know about the app... and to use the room service phone line to order I have been to other capital hotels and the app works perfectly in these establishmnents it would be better if they app was nt advertised for use at the resort if it is not functional Welcome platter and add ons: I ordered a welcom platter for our arrival and to stock the fridge with water - ths was not ready when we arrived and not available in the room - this was sent through an hour and a half later Valet service and parking : the reception and staff need to inform the guests on arrival that there is a valet service available and actually offer thsi on arrival - the car parking area is not linked to the rooms and therefore a lift or stair cannot be taken from the parking area to the rooms or reception - we had to walk from teh underground parking to the room whch is quite a distance - only on the next morning did the porter notify us that they could park the car for us The staff did apologize when we enquired about the mishaps which was appreciated but action needs to be taken to reslove issues of the water supply , the room service and the room offerings

Firstly the staff were brilliant and super attentive - 5 stars for them. The rest was a major disappointment. The room - it was so dark and musty, the carpets felt dirty, the coffee station lacked and there is no mini bar nor room service. The soap and body wash selection is very limited and basic. The linen was falling apart and had holes in it, the towels were thin and discolored. The door had swollen so you had to slam it to close. The shower was leaking out the pipes and water pressure was an issue. The facilities - the furniture outside is breaking and falling apart, the cushions are outdated and all of it just looks old. The bar area was playing music so loud from a boom box we left. The pool area had people come and use the space as a photo shoot and there stuff was lying all over the bathrooms including underwear and make up. The breakfast - the team at breakfast was lovely. The same breakfast was served three days in a row. The food was alright it just didn’t look appealing. The decor in this space is just strange. The area needs a serious overhaul at the end of the day. This place needs a serious cash injection and upgrade. It’s situated along pure bliss and lets itself down. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
