“Exceptional Service”
This was my first trip to S. Africa and I was traveling alone. My fellow travelers were to arrive the next day. My stay at the Hyatt could not have been better. “Very Nice Hotel”
Very nice and comfortable hotel in an area with lots of amenities within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They greet you by name daily and make an effort to make sure you have a great and enjoyable stay. Room service food is excellent.

“Centrally located hotel”
Centrally located hotel with a good view of the table mountain. Good food, especially the breakfast, and mostly friendly staff. The breakfast was quite good. Room was good enough for one person and was clean. Nothing negative about the hotel. It was really pricey though.
