“The place to stay when in Cape Town.”
The staff is amazing, which is expected from Hyatt but they went an extra mile. Premium service. They made sure all of my needs were exceeded. We celebrated my wife's birthday in the Urchin restaurant. The whole experience was excellent from Brittney the events coordinator, To Hanno and the restaurant team (Waiters and Chefs ) everything was amazing. Would highly recommend them

I was at the Hyatt Regency on Sunday with a couple of friends on the Signal Hill Pooldeck. I had the most delicious Cocktails from the bar.
