Great hotel! Our room was spacious with a view and very comfortable. The breakfasts are exceptional and the staff efficient and professional. The only exception was room service where the system didn’t work for us. Later we gave up on this after being told to order at the restaurant and then wait in the room. Kind of defeats the purpose. Except for that, an excellent 7 days at the hotel.

“hotel president”

very lage rooms and the balcony wat a pleasant bonus. A bit noisy at night, but we were so tired from visiting and shopping that it didn't bother us. Breakfast is basic but good. Location is excellent to visit the old city ceter. Friendly and helpfull staff.

I travel on a budget and this hotel was recommended and I'm very glad that I stayed. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, room was warm, wifi great and breakfast was very good including some hot food which is difficult to come across in budget hotels. Only downside was a shower that took so long to warm up that you could brush your teeth and then still wait a bit longer - nothing else to be complained about. The hotel is quite central and within easy walking distance of all the attractions downtown. I'll stay again when I'm next in Bratislava for sure. For those of you on a tight budget it is some 20~25 mins walk from the main bus station.

We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with the hotel. It is situated within walking distance from Bratislava old town, city centre and even railway station and bus station (but please notice, that if you have plenty of luggage, taxi is a better option than walking 15-20 minutes). Right next door to hotel there is very good traditional / brewery restaurant. Our room was very warm, clean and spacious. There was a separate toilet and separate bathroom. Breakfast was various and it tasted good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only thing to complain was that wi-fi did not work very well in our room; it kept switching off the connection every now and then.

Four of us stayed here for our first visit to Bratislava,we booked online the day before and had a real problem locating the Hotel by car,the street is in a side street that is difficult to find even with Satnav.The Hotel is very close to the old city and all the tourist sites within the city,parking is on the street in front of the hotel but during the day it is almost impossible to get a space easily.The rooms while large were very old fashioned and the bed was average,not particularly comfortable although everything was clean and tidy.Breakfast was ok but could have been better,staff were not very friendly or helpful,eg when we asked about leaving the car the next morning the night porter said ok but the woman at checkout wasn't happy at all,just leaves a sour taste and as a tourist not likely to return here next time.
