“Not in Downtown Area”
The hotel is at the Suburb area. We took Uber to go to downtown, and it's about 30 USD. There is a grocery store and a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff is very friendly and speak English. But the elevator is very small. Not good for a large group.

“4 stars for this hotel is a gross exaggeration. Max 3 and it's average.”
The hotel is located about 5 km from the very center, has a large paid parking lot (10 euros/day). The hotel is located in a free parking zone, so you can park along the surrounding roads for free. “Not even HELLO from the staff ”
I really don't wait anything from the staff but to not say even "Hello"?? I don't think the lady at the reception knows how to deal with the customers.
