“Fabulous hotel thanks to Velu”
Location was good. About a 10 Minute walk to mrt but hawker coffee shops just across the road. Pool was lovely and clean. Rooms were fine, just a bit tired. “Good all good service good staff all”
the service here is good, all the staff are kind, including the housekeeping staff, they are quick when you need something in the room, loving tongue, polite, respectful, I can't say enough about their service here at novotel, I love novotel, Kaushal is very kind Housekeeping

“Downtown Singapore”
Nice, clean hotel. Beautiful lobby area. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is ok - only did it 1 of 3 mornings…. Excellent location. Overall, good value at its price point.
