“Good”
Service is good . Specially on reception desk mr. Rechard and mr. Yee dong are very polite and respectful also its very near by little india so its convient to get indian food easily . Room are very small. …………………………………………………………………………………….

“Best value for its category.”
Crew at the reception gave us terrific services. Especially Mr Alvin and Mr Richard. They were very helpful to accomodate us. At several occasions they trusted us before even honoring our financial obligations toward the hotel. Cleaning team is really kind.

“Excellent service, kind staff... easy location”
Very helpful staff.. charming and easy to communicate with. Particularly Richard and Alvin.. .whom I was most impressed with. Easy location and accommodation was comfortable and it was easy to find great places to eat close by. Good experience altogether.

“Air Cond like Siberia”
Housekeeping is good but 1. Wash basin water stopper always get stuck. Cannot release water 2. Central aircon cannot be controlled . Colder than Siberia. Not the first time. Nothing done despite numerous feed back on separate visits. Maybe time to change
