I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 1 night last week and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and the wide range of F&B and amenities. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely stunning with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great shower and Byredo shower amenities. The staff at the Executive lounge were just spectacular! Miroshini, Nurul, Fika and Monique took such great care of us from check-in, to happy hour to check out. Also had the pleasure of meeting Elly from from the Reception who was charming, friendly and helpful. Had afternoon tea at Tea Lounge, dinner at Basilico and drinks at Manhattan and just wowed by the quality of food served and service we received. Loved having these great dining establishments all in one building. We also took advantage of the morning yoga session by the pool and we highly recommend it to other travellers who are visiting. All the equipment - yoga mat, water, towel were provided and shoes were not required. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to be back!

The team at this hotel collectively hit the ball out of the park during my recent, five night stay. Every single team member with whom I interacted was a world-class hospitality professional who gladly and automatically went the extra mile. First, the facility: stunning architecture with numerous, serious Feng Shui design elements; comfortable, tastefully designed room; great bed; overhead, waterfall shower with solid, relaxing pressure, and a handheld shower head, too, for those who prefer that; outstanding main restaurant (Basilico) with first class breakfast, lunch and supper buffets; highly-regarded companion deli and restaurants; absolutely superb Executive Lounge offering excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dining and beverage options; great location in a quiet, serene section of Singapore that is also close by foot to the heart of the Orchard road shopping and dining district, and only one block away from the Orchard Boulevard MRT station for access to any part of Singapore; and, while it's hard to express this part, an omnipresent spirit of positive energy that flows throughout the entire place. This energy is invisible, and yet totally palpable and real. Maybe it's the Feng Shui at work. So, how did all of the above come to be? The people, that's how. What an amazing team, from one department to the next. Some special mentions are in order, which will demonstrate how broad and deep the talent runs: First, Bob, who is on the front line of hotel reception, and who took the time to show me the truly astounding imagery of a sitting Buddha that naturally projects from the marble on one of the main floor's walls ... I have never seen anything like it ... breathtaking. This, in itself, was worth the visit. Next, the outstanding team at Basilico restaurant, including the highly-organized and friendly Bernadette at reception; ace waiter, Clive; and the super-positive, fully-engaged and experienced manager, Raphael; knowledgeable and helpful gym trainer, Said; the talented, precise and charming Khloe in housekeeping; the detail-oriented, hands-on operations manager Letchu; and last but certainly not least, the Executive Lounge team under the extraordinary, world class leadership of Ramesh, his second-in-command Miro, and their colleagues Ell, Monique, Fitri plus several others whose names, unfortunately, I do not have on hand. The Lounge ranks up there with the best of the best, given the highly personalized and helpful service the team provides. This hotel team is the equivalent of an award winning symphony orchestra, with everyone playing his or her part with compelling talent, exactitude, professionalism and beauty. In summary, I was blown away by this place, and recommend it fully and without reservation.

“Stellar team”

We were greeted by the friendly bunch of bellman, Suhaimie, Bob and Ismail. Checked in to a spacious, clean room. The star of the day was Chef Concierge, with the Golden Keys. He suggested Yoga by the pool, which was amazing. He also got us to a restaurant which we could not get in on our own! ... more

We were greeted by the friendly bunch of bellman, Suhaimie, Bob and Ismail. Checked in to a spacious, clean room. The star of the day was Chef Concierge, with the Golden Keys. He suggested Yoga by the pool, which was amazing. He also got us to a restaurant which we could not get in on our own! He was there whenever we needed him. Bellman Arjuna was fantastic. He proactively walked me to the pool for my yoga class. A nice gesture which not all staff will do. He is an asset! We really enjoyed our stay!
