As expected, Conrad did not disappoint. Location was perfect for visiting the Marina Bay sights and being next to Suntec City and Millenium Walk malls took care of all shopping and dining needs. Room was fantastic with a view of the bay. Breakfast and lounge food selection wasn’t excessive but what was available was of high quality. What really stood out was the 5-star service by the staff, and we were impressed by the high level of professionalism from wvery staff member we encountered. Absolutely a fantastic stay.

Another fine stay - perfect in every way. It's always such an amazing pleasure to return to our 'home' in Singapore - The Conrad Centennial!! Exemplary service, wonderful accommodation and excellent luxury hotel services keep us returning every time! A huge thank you to SuZie, Joan, Shamein and your amazing teams for making this special birthday trip so absolutely amazing! We'd also like to thank the team members who really stood out during our stay for being so kind to us - Mark, Ben, Xin, Jeremy, Fizzy, Micha, KuKu, Narissa and Aris from the Executive Lounge, Doreen from the Pool and Spa, Te, Han and Paru from Oscars, Ian, Leanna, Jezel and Stella from the Terrace restaurant and last but certainly not least - Nik from the Front Desk :). “Nice rooms and bathrooms”

Conrad rooms are amazing! It was such a pleasure moving into a bigger room after a tiny one at another hotel. We had plenty of space to put our suitcases without running into them, and space to sit down and even walk around. The view is good on a higher floor since you can see Marina Bay Sands and other hotels but on a lower floor the view is quite ugly. Service was very good and since the hotel is old, service is old-school. We ordered room service a few times which was very expensive, more expensive than the buffet. Service was friendly and good, but I did have a couple of issues. First, they nickel and dime too much. They charge for high-speed internet access which, in this day and age, is ridiculous. Being a Hilton Honors member I didn't pay but I had to push for it. Second, their breakfast buffet had a very very long line which took around 30 minutes to clear. They have ample space and should not have a problem accommodating their guests and if they do, clearly they need to fix it. We stayed at another hotel that had no issues seating us any time we walked in for breakfast even though they were super busy. So Conrad needs to do a better job with that. Having said that, each time we asked for something they took care of it immediately. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. We were relieved to be here after another stay at a different newer hotel where the rooms were just too tiny.

My wife, toddler son, and I had an overnight transit stay at the Conrad and loved our time there. Unfortunately we weren't at the hotel long enough to experience everything it has to offer but from what we saw we were impressed - particularly with the service and little touches from the hotel - something that makes a distinct difference in stays around the world. We had a standard deluxe room which was bigger than expected. We had a beautiful view from high up in the hotel and could even see the National Stadium from our room. The bathroom was excellent with separate shower, bath, and dual sinks. The hotel provided a cot free of charge and a nice little welcome amenity pack for our child which was lovely to receive. There was even a hotel branded rubber duck in the bathroom for him to play with in the bath. We quickly used the pool area which was well kept and nice to refresh in the morning before heading back to the airport. We were unable to use the gym or dine at any of the restaurant facilities. The hotel is in a good location and we would consider coming back for a longer stay in the future when we're next in Singapore.
