“Best hotel experience !”
Incredible hotel, incredible staff. The rooms are spacious, clean. Everything was perfect, from the reception to the restaurant to the mosque, and specially the haram that is 4 minutes away. Big and special thanks to Mr Chakiri, who was particulary attentive to all the little details !

This was our second stay at Raffles Makkah Palace, and once again, it was an amazing experience. We had a lovely five days from the moment we checked in until we checked out—everything was smooth and perfect. Chakiri was always available, making sure we had everything we needed, which really added to the experience. A big thank you to Ayoub’s team, especially Kawser and Hamdan, for making breakfast such a pleasure every morning. They were so attentive, always making sure we were comfortable, and the spread was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Haram, which made everything so convenient. Plus, the hotel has its own mosque with stunning views of the Haram, which was a special touch. It’s truly worth every penny! Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the wudu tap in the room—it was such a thoughtful addition and made things so much easier. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team as well; they were fantastic. The room was always spotless, and they took care of everything so well. For dinner, I’d highly recommend Al Qasr. The food was excellent, and the whole dining experience was top-notch. There are so many names to mention, but the entire team at Raffles was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Overall, Raffles Makkah Palace remains our top choice whenever we visit. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Definitely the place to stay. I got a suite with a full Kaaba view (1008), and it was honestly one of the most spectacular views I've ever had from a hotel room, and the suite was excellent too. Definitely the place to stay. I got a suite with a full Kaaba view (1008), and it was honestly one of the most spectacular views I've ever had from a hotel room, and the suite was excellent too. My only complaint was no bathtub, and the hotel is a bit confusing to find, and it takes a while to get in and out since the elevators in the mall it's attached to are extremely busy the entire time.

“Good experience”
Everything is but specifically the restaurant was very good and staff was very cooperative specially thanks to Mr Muhammad he was very helpful Taste was very good and location was amazing and haram view its my dream to stay in hotel with haram view
